A Musical Experience for Everyone

The Blacksburg Community Band is excited to be together for our 35th season under the leadership of our new Director, Dr. Emmett O’Leary. From a small group of dedicated founding members in 1989, the Band has now grown to almost 100 performing musicians. We rely on supporters like you to allow us to present free concerts to our regional audience. Most of the band’s annual budget is supported by the donations collected during our Spring Fund Drive and we need your support to reach our goal of $7,500! We ask you to make a donation at one of the suggested levels shown below. Your donation can be made in your name, or in honor or memory of someone else, with your chosen name listed in our concert programs as a thank you for your generosity. Please make your donation by March 14th to be included in the Spring Concert program.

The Blacksburg Community Band is honored to invite you to attend our Spring Concert on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 3 PM in the Blacksburg High School auditorium. Check our website for a complete list of our performances as we hope you will attend often.

The Blacksburg Community Band is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer community organization and there are no dues or fees to participate.
