The Pulaski Free Clinic was founded more than 40 years ago by community leaders who believed that everyone has the right to health care. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to uninsured adults and those with Medicaid in Pulaski County, Virginia.

Today, the clinic provides primary medical care to low-income adult residents of Pulaski County who do not receive health insurance benefits in the workplace, who cannot afford private insurance, as well as those covered by Medicaid and Medicare Part A only.

Every day, neighbors in our community face impossible choices — paying for medicine or buying groceries, seeing a doctor or paying rent.

The Pulaski Free Clinic exists so no one has to face those choices alone.

For many uninsured and low-income families, the clinic is more than healthcare. It is hope, dignity, and a second chance at living a healthier life. Through compassionate medical care, life-saving medications, and dedicated volunteers, the clinic serves people who otherwise might go without treatment.

But this mission is only possible because of caring people like you.

Your donation can help provide:
 • Medical visits for uninsured patients
 • Prescription assistance for those in need
 • Preventive care that saves lives
 • Hope for families facing difficult times

A single act of generosity can make the difference between suffering and healing for someone in our own community.

Please consider supporting the Pulaski Free Clinic today. Together, we can ensure that every neighbor has access to care, compassion, and hope.

Because healthcare should never depend on someone’s ability to pay.
