Pulaski Community Youth Center

The Pulaski Community Youth Center is driven to provide a healthy, promising place where our children, youth and families feel a sense of belonging, creates lasting memories and are empowered to be the good for themselves, others, their school and their neighbor.  At PCYC, collaboration is the name of the game! We seek to bring together the awesome work already happening in the NRV and help to break barriers to access through support for transportation, cost and food to ensure every family can thrive! 

Located in Fairlawn, VA in the former Riverlawn Elementary School, we serve children, youth and families from all across Pulaski County and the NRV.  We offer a licensed childcare program for preschoolers and before/after school and summer camp for school age children. In addition, we offer classes for youth interested in cooking, arts and crafts, robotics, yoga, theater, music, coding and more in partnership with a variety of community organizations and businesses. We are growing our family support programs as well and have enjoyed a Fit and Fun Families session, Parenting Classes with NRV CARES and look forward to offering a Seminar Series in late summer for parents of teens.
