Through a combination of direct programming and partner agencies, United Way in the New River Valley fights for the education, financial stability, and health of every person in our community.  

Whether it is addressing food access, increasing reading skills, responding to local disasters, or readying the workforce of tomorrow, United Way is providing support where it is needed most, when it is needed. Your gift helps make that happen.

We have also recently joined forces with the United Way of Southwest Virginia to bring more resources to Montgomery County, Floyd County, and Radford City. In addition to growing our local impact, that also means that for every dollar you donate, we can now secure an additional 11 dollars in grant funding to support our community work. This is only one example of how we multiply the good.

We do all this with your help. You are the change makers, the heroes. Your donation will provide the resources and support needed so that your friends and neighbors in the NRV can thrive.
