Hello! We are one day away from the Give Local NRV 2026! We appreciate everyone's support as we are excited to continue our efforts for the community.

Please check out our YouTube video (above) to learn more about our in-house programs here at Volunteer Montgomery. All money raised will help further fund these projects and programs.

Thank you, again! And don't forget, it is always great to support local.

Volunteer Montgomery has been around since 1969. During that time, we have partnered with over 70 local non-profits and organizations along with a volunteer group that has a variety of different skills, backgrounds, and passion for helping their community. Volunteer Montgomery also hosts their own in-house projects such as our 20th annual Supplies for Seniors drive, Holiday Tote Bags, Flowers for Veterans, and more! Consider donating today to keep these great efforts that DIRECTLY benefit the community. Please consider donating today! Don't forget, it is always great to give local.

Mission: Volunteer Montgomery serves to strengthen our community by empowering volunteers to utilize their time and skills.

History:  Montgomery County has had a flourishing volunteer program dating back to 1969.  In April of 2023, Volunteer Montgomery was established in order to broaden volunteer efforts and welcome all individuals within the community of Montgomery County to unite together as volunteers and strengthen the community by doing so.

Eligibility:  Volunteers must be 18 years old to volunteer independently without legal guardian supervision. Individuals under the age of 16 are eligible with written consent from the parent as well as adult supervision during the entire period of time spent on a volunteer site. Individuals between 16-18 are eligible to volunteer with written consent from the parent and may be eligible to volunteer whiteout supervision of legal guardian on a case by case basis. This must be discussed with Volunteer Montgomery Volunteer Coordinator or Administrative Assistant prior to beginning the volunteer service. Members must be willing to serve on a regular basis without compensation and reside within Montgomery county. They must also be willing to accept instruction and supervision as required.
