MCEAP Summer Feeding Program

Did you ever wonder what happens to our children during the summer months? During the school year they get fed at school and on the weekends are provided with a backpack program. Once summer comes there was no program available until MCEAP stepped in. MCEAP provides children in need three meals a day plus snacks seven days a week for the entire summer season. We need your help to keep this program going this year.

Montgomery County Emergency Assistance Program, Inc. is a 100% volunteer-run 501(C)(3) organization with the mission to assist Montgomery County residents in maintaining their households and restoring their self-sufficiency. 

This can be achieved by serving the immediate, emergency, and temporary needs of low-income, unemployed, elderly or handicapped individuals and families with zero overhead cost. 

We strongly believe in providing a hand-up instead of a handout; and our operations run entirely from your donations and profits from our thrift store.
