MY INSTILL STORY

I’m here

being the person I needed

when I was there!

(There’s another version! Please come visit to get the 3hour one. Hahaha….I’m serious though!!!

I’m grateful for InStill Mindfulness because…

  • One thing I really appreciate about InStill is… we are GENUINE!

  • I feel thankful for InStill’s presence in our community because… our people have people who care! Not people who just show up for work.

Supporting InStill means supporting…the community as a whole!

One moment that really stood out to me was seeing a peer go from substance induced unpredictable behavior, to calling me from inpatient recovery treatment, to sitting in our office volunteering their time to help someone else make phones to get to treatment and offering encouraging words and support!!
One program that’s especially meaningful to me is our “I’m still here” monthly  celebration. InStill’s “I’m still here” offering makes a difference by letting every person know they are worth celebrating and loved!!

Together We Thrive

At InStill Mindfulness, we believe in the power of connection and compassion. Our Spring Thrive Drive: Together We Thrive is rooted in the idea that when we uplift those in need, we strengthen the entire community.

InStill moved to Pulaski two years ago and established the InStill Center for Wellbeing to do our part in helping this community thrive through our engaged mindfulness programs and recovery and reentry support services.

We welcome every person who walks through our doors with kindness, recognizing the potential that everyone has to make meaningful contributions to community.

Your gift allows InStill to continue offering accessible programs and services as we work to cultivate a mindful world for all.

Thank you.
