Simon's Springhouse Fundraiser

OUR SPRINGHOUSE STORY

I will never forget the first day that we visited Springhouse. My young son, who typically would quietly disappear into a new social setting, went running off into the woods, laughing and chatting with brand new friends. I knew right away that we had found a new home and community. 

Since Simon started attending Springhouse, I have watched his confidence grow quickly. He has found his beautiful singing voice, is rapidly learning Spanish, and knows that he is a deeply connected steward to our Mother Earth. 

As a mother, I always hoped for a place where my son would be accepted. This is so much more than that. Simon is loved by his sweet peers, and celebrated by his gifted teachers. This truly is a place where all life thrives. 

Once per year, Springhouse joins forces with Give Local to raise funds to keep all of this profound work moving forward. We are proud to be a part of these efforts, and we deeply appreciate any donation amount that feels in alignment for you!

Through our intergenerational school and community print shop, we are committed to creating a culture that takes care of life, one person and one community at a time. At large, the culture we live in does not care for vulnerability. Now more than ever, we need places to practice taking better care of vulnerability and living in ways that are in greater alignment with life. 

Springhouse is a place for anyone who wants to practice living in ways that take better care of life. Though their programs have fees, Springhouse is committed to accessibility – no one is turned away for financial reasons.
