Support InStill Mindfulness in Cultivating a Mindful World for All!

$125

$500 goal

Dear Friends: InStill Mindfulness allows me to serve my community in many ways, and in so doing, I serve myself. An inspired teacher I know, who has personally facilitated clean, safe housing for tens of thousands of Burmese citizens says, "if you have problems, help others."

One way to help is with a financial donation, but there are many other ways. If you feel called to get involve, please reach out to me.

What is  InStill Mindfulness?

InStill Mindfulness is a 501 (C) 3 organization that works in many venues to promote kindness, caring and compassion through community, education and service. Examples include the following:

1)  helping school, police and jail personnel to examine their relationship with their challenging work environment and offering them strategies for self care;

2) helping the unhoused community in Pulaski with various services including providing peer support counseling, a safe space to rest and access the internet, holiday meals, and housing during extreme cold weather conditions;

3) offering weekly or biweekly gatherings (InSpire Gatherings) where folks can explore topics of interest and mindfulness practices while avoiding social isolation, which is a growing problem in our culture today; and

4) creating an opportunity for folks to support others through various acts of generosity including donations of time/service and money.

Together We Thrive

At InStill Mindfulness, we believe in the power of connection and compassion. Our Spring Thrive Drive: Together We Thrive is rooted in the idea that when we uplift those in need, we strengthen the entire community.

InStill moved to Pulaski two years ago and established the InStill Center for Wellbeing to do our part in helping this community thrive through our engaged mindfulness programs and recovery and reentry support services.

We welcome every person who walks through our doors with kindness, recognizing the potential that everyone has to make meaningful contributions to community.

Your gift allows InStill to continue offering accessible programs and services as we work to cultivate a mindful world for all.

Thank you.
