Springhouse is an amazing place that has brought me alive in so many ways. In truth my adult life before coming to Floyd was spent wandering (and sometimes running) from place to place as I attempted to fill what felt like a whole in the middle of my chest. I spent time in gardens and making art, spending time with friends and traveling, amazing things that taught me so much but I continued to feel a deep longing for purpose and belonging. What is amazing about Springhouse is that it didn't give me these things, it shows me how to find them within myself. It asks terribly hard questions, watches and leads me through failures and blunders, and above all loves me with a fierceness that asks me to grow and become the man I am. Anyone that has spent time there can tell you that what is happening at Springhouse is magic. A magic sprung from dedication and hard work and a lot of praying and listening and courage. I am so proud to be a part of this magic. Please help us continue to make it possible. Lots of love.
