Jenny Finn is Tending the Spring

Springhouse grew out of a question that has guided much of my life: What happens when we design a community around taking care of Life itself? 

After years of watching people have meaningful experiences only to return to environments that could not sustain the changes they longed for, I became convinced that transformation requires more than inspiration—it requires culture.

Springhouse protects the conditions that allow people to come alive and stay alive to what matters most. Through shared work, welcoming creativity, and deep and authentic relationships, young people and adults alike are supported in becoming more fully themselves. 

What Springhouse makes possible is not only individual growth, but a living example of a different way of being together—one rooted in vitality, belonging, responsibility, and care for life that inspire and inform communities far beyond this place.

This June, Springhouse is raising $120,000 to sustain the staff, the land, and the practices that keep this community alive, and to support what's next, including working with the land and creativity to grow food and make art, attuning to the seasons year round.
